Refund policy

1. Eligibility Criteria

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

2. Our Process

First, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup where applicable. Please pack the product securely and include the original invoice inside. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

3. Service Charges

Standard Returns carry a flat fee of ₹250 which is deducted from your refund. Standard Exchanges also require a flat fee of ₹150 to cover logistics. For heavy items like denim gurkha, fees range between ₹250–₹350 depending on current courier rates.

4. Refunds & Availability

We take pride in the quality of our pieces. While we generally do not offer refunds, we are happy to make things right if your item arrives damaged or defective.

The Process:

Return & Review: Once we receive your item, our specialists will conduct a quick quality inspection.

Prompt Reimbursement:  Once the defect is confirmed, we will replace your product with absolutely no exchange charges. Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue a full refund to your account as store credit within 3 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, washed, or physically damaged items. Any product missing original tags or packaging is ineligible. Requests made after the 48-hour delivery window will not be entertained. Sale items are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for a refund.
