Customization Guidelines & Terms

• Customization Fee: A nominal fee of ₹200 – ₹300 applies per pair, depending on the complexity of the requested modifications. The exact charge will be shared once we review your requirements.

• Prepaid Orders Only: All custom orders require full prepayment before production begins. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.

• Final Sale Policy: Because custom pants are crafted specifically to your unique measurements and specifications, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
