- Prepaid Orders Only: All custom orders require full prepayment before production begins. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.
- Final Sale Policy: Because custom pants are crafted specifically to your unique measurements and specifications, all custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
