We suggest gently hand washing each piece on its own in cold water using a mild, natural detergent. Keep things simple—skip the bleach, soaking, or heavy scrubbing, especially if your item features artisan dyeing or hand-printed designs.

Is machine washing okay for Maker clothing?
Because each Maker garment is crafted by hand—through techniques like loom weaving and block printing—machine washing could damage the fabric or detailing. To extend the life of your piece, hand washing is highly recommended.

Will the colors change over time?
Yes, and that’s part of the charm. Natural dyes—especially those derived from plants—may gently fade with time. This soft aging process reflects the authenticity of handcrafted clothing, giving each piece a unique character as it’s worn and loved.

Can I iron my Maker garments?
Absolutely. Just be mindful: use low heat, and for more delicate fabrics, place a thin cotton cloth over the piece before ironing. Alternatively, a light steam from the reverse side works well too.

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same
amount or store credits will be issued to you which can be used within 6 months from the issue date . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
